Q1: What does the Bojo Lighting 5-year warranty specifically cover?
A: Our comprehensive B2B warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under standard operating conditions. This includes LED driver failures, abnormal luminous flux degradation (beyond standard L70 limits), and LED module malfunctions.
Q2: What is the process for claiming a warranty replacement if a fixture fails?
A: If you encounter any technical issues, simply contact your dedicated sales representative or email support@hminled.com with your registered PI/Project Name and a brief description (or photo/video) of the issue. Our engineering team will review it within 24 to 48 hours and arrange for immediate component or fixture replacements.
Q3: Can I register a complete project with multiple lamp models all at once?
A: Absolutely. You do not need to submit a form for every single item. In the “Project Name / PI Number” field, simply enter your official Proforma Invoice (PI) number or Project Name, and upload your product schedule or packing list as an attachment.
Q4: How long do I have to register my products after installation?
A: To ensure seamless global technical support and fast-track claim processing, we highly recommend completing this online registration within 30 days of installation or project handover.
